Today will make the third time i have tried to exchange my tag for veteran tag but it seems like they close earlier and earlier everytime. I work two jobs so I have had leave early from job only to get turned away. It says closing is at 1630 not 1623 so I dont understand why this keeps happening. I was not the only person trying get service bc two people right behind me. So please what time does office close exactly?
