    Completely useless. I made 2 phone calls about the Rodeway inn having bedbugs and cockroaches. Other employees and customers also called around the same time. The extermination didn't do any good because the GM refused to have his room sprayed. I TOLD HIM THIS. and they still allowed it to stay open
