Don't expect confidentiality from the courthouse staff. What they hear at work is shared in the community and some of the staff speak slander about community members without fear of repercussion. Very unprofessional. The Governor needs to hold these ppl accountable. The building itself is not good for people with disabilities. Esp. The bathrooms. The elevator is very small. I requested a headset, Prior to court for my husband who has double hearing aides. He did not get that headset. Just a single ear device. Plus we had never been to court. Judge was very rude to my husband because he could not hear him. In this day and age of technology be kinder to people with disabilities. I was very disappointed in the staff all around.

Pretty exterior, I don't know what is inside.

Pretty horrible. Court clerks are completely incompetent in their jobs. They tell pro-se litigants that they are "attorneys" apparently not realizing that "acting as an attorney" without a license is in itself a crime. Also see them rudely giving legal advice to some people on what they can't do, which is against the law. Can someone please fill them in on their job duties? Hint: They primarily involve handing out the correct forms and filing court papers. Thanks.

I have been to the superior courts clerks office 5 times now every time I appear someone tells me I need different documentation. I have never been to a business that is not required to know about their job the staff needs training in customer service, because rolling their eyes is not appropriate customer service. I asked when we could see a notary and the lady informed me they could all be at lunch at the same time you are running a business which people should be held accountable.

People are rude and act like they are better than everybody. You call and ask to speak with someone and they say there busy with a call and will call you back and never return your call. This is the worst courthouse i have ever seen. I literally had to call back. If you ask me we need so many new people to work in the courthouse cause they have no clue what they are doing. I can say the prosecutor is a very nice lady and is totally different then her workers.
