They are incompetent. They will charge for services and then have you come back because someone forgot to submit a sample or turned in a sample they knew was not sufficient for testing, both of which has happened to me. Calling to schedule an appointment if you have a life is laughable because you will wait and probably not ever get through. No bedside manner. The physicians I saw were snide and condescending and I am traumatized by their way of conducting blood draws because again, no bedside manner. They're more gentle at the nail salon. I read the other reviews. Someone's got to be getting compensated for those or it's not the same health department.

I called to find out information about some immunizations that I need. The woman that picked up the phone in the immunization department was rude and tried to belittle me. I was trying to explain to her my situation and that it’s a lot. I even said “sorry it’s just a lot, I’m trying to get this figured out.” And then she hung up on me. You never know what people are going through. All I needed was a little bit of help and I got off the phone feeling very small. And this isn’t the first time I have witnessed unprofessional, rude, and nasty attitudes. AVOID coming here if you can.

It was the worst place I have ever had to deal with, the big lady at the desk was very rude and judgmental. She does not need to work with people if she is so miserable especially in the pediatric department. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could file a formal complaint because the stuff she said to me infront of the kids was so disgusting that I will never go back there.

Techs ,Nurses , Midwife and Obgyn SUPER nice . And they make each visit feels personal which is nice . They actually remember you . The wait time is cool , the building is hot , not enough handicap automatic door opener for people in need of that extra help. The only thing I didn't like was when I previously checking my clinical notes on my visit some of the information was incorrect! Some nurses get your information correct but it was one nurse every time she would be with me I check my information when I get home , it's incorrect as if she's just putting anything down .it's a really big deal . Like you tell me one thing in person but the information you putting down is Very much WRONG information.THE shift supervisor seems inexperienced which is scary. Using faulty equipment seem like when I was interacting with her . Just didn't like her vibes seems fake and rushed , made me feel very uncomfortable around her . I didn't like how the dr disregarded my choice on my future birth control plans , But beside that , the maternity department is 9/10. Some of the WIC workers come off very aggressive when trying to sign you up , I didn't like that at all . Especially when trying to convince to sign up when I'm not even in the WIC office was very much the most weirdest uncomfortable interaction ever . Lori and Tasha made me feel very uncomfortable. The workers inside the WIC office was very nice . But if I could do everything online and don't have to do that process in person would be amazing . The staff in the front when you walking in sometimes they welcome you and some just so busy talking and laughing with other coworkers.
