I was a walk in on Aug 7th 2025 around 8:30am. First of all the staff that helped me was amazing especially Tony but the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on what was needed. One thing to know is that you need a money order or personal check to file your application for your passport as required by the department of state. A few people there didn't have either and the staff were nice enough to hold there spot in line until they came back with the money order. Everything else can be paid with a card or cash though such as the fees for pictures and there office fees which totaled to be $50 even and the application fee for the passport is $190 and that's the amount you need on the moneyorder. Overall a painless experience with very courteous staff which always makes things better.

I came in after seeing how far out the appointments were booked in Charlotte. I were able to do a walk in and were assisted in 5 minutes. Tony came and processed everything for me in about 15 mins! They do photos here as well if you need them. Make sure to have the passport fee ready in a money order or cash. They can process the other fees by card or cash.

Today me and my family came in without an appointment for passports. We knew we were taking a chance bringing in a family of 5 with no appointment so we were okay if we were turned away. Tony meet us and told us it was a bit of a wait and to have a seat and he would see what he could do for us. We sat and every step along the way Tony and his team were there and keeping us updated, I am forever appreciative for the time and efforts of The passport team. They handled not only us but every person who stopped in with grace and efficiency. This was my first time ever applying for a passport and Ive always heard so many horror stories but today was quite the opposite. Thank you again Tony and team for everything! you guys rock!!!
