I called because I never received my voter registration card. The guy I talked to was way too urgent to get off the phone with me. From the moment I got on the line with him I tried to explain the situation and he cut me off a couple of times. He then told me that I don’t need my voting registration card to vote, although the sheet I’m looking at says just the opposite. He didn’t explain anything clearly and rushed to hang up. I was very displeased with his service and I still don’t know if I’ll receive my voters registration card.

I recently requested a 100 year old birth certificate for someone in my family for geneaologial purposes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Because he wasn't sure exactly what I was requesting, David from the office gave me a call to clarify, answered all my questions, and sent me what I needed promptly. Included was a check for overpayment of the fee.

I spoke to Jennifer L. Turville at this office. She was very professional, very very helpful, and had a great personality. Jennifer went out of her way to help me and gave me the kind of help and attention that is uncommon today.
