This review is about today’s call. I initially called to help my son’s girlfriend with her initial WIC program. I called the office here in Salem OR this Lady named Luz Camargo answered my phone call. I explained to her that I was helping and that my boyfriend’s girlfriend was here with me is she needed to speak with her. Then she asked to speak with her. Then they proceeded to the conversation but then I tried in multiple times to ask a Luz couple questions regarding the address and time of the appointment so that we could decide what best could work for us with transportation. Luz was really rude and unprofessional she raised her voice and said excuse me let me explain to her this information and ignored my questions. It is clearly to me that this lady has no professionalism and was bothered by me asking her essential questions. Over all it will be our first time dealing with this office so not much more to say but disappointed to know people in the front desk don’t understand what good customer service is. SAD for LUZ CAMARGO

This review is only for the Vital Statistics Department. I went in to the building for another unrelated appointment and when I was done, the lobby was empty so I went to ask a question related to a birth certificate. Guadalupe Sanchez is the person who attended me and I was wondering initially why all the bad reviews but I get it now. I didn't get done asking my question before she started scorning the situation I was asking about. I was given some information which I appreciated, however, her snarky comments and bad attitude were not it. I wasn't expecting her to solve anything. Like I said, I went for general information so I'm not upset about the information I was given. I think management should offer her some additional training or give her a different role because she's a little out of touch with her people skills. Someone else wrote that they help you like if they're doing you a favor and I agree, like if you hate it there so much go work somewhere else...answering questions like you are the one personally affected be fr lady.

The 3050 building does not tip when ordering food. Not even for a very large order of food. You would think they would want to set a good example for the troubled kids they are working with. The lady and guy in there were pretty rude and gave off vibes like they didn’t want to be there at all.

Marion County Department of Vital Statistics is located here. There are 4 windows and WIC is the #1 window, then Vital Statistics, Environmental Health, and Public Health Clinic are at windows #2-4.

I had a WIC appt at 1045, at 1050 they decide to send me the info via text NOT telling me that they are using a new app, the link they sent didn’t work and I told her as such, she then asked me to WAIT 20 MINUTES for someone else’s appt because it took her an HOUR just to send text that were unnecessary to the appt as they will ask for the info AGAIN in the appt. The woman was disrespectful and I haven’t been able to get them to respond to a call for rescheduling.
