The staff was initially friendly, but everything changed when they lost our marriage license. Despite having a post office receipt proving delivery, they refused to even search for it. Instead, they rudely told us we had to come back in and get our officiant to sign a new one. They offered absolutely no apology for their mistake and treated us with complete disrespect.
