It’s my first time coming so I didn’t know I had to make an appointment, I called and they answer immediately and the lady was so nice, unfortunately they didn’t have an opening until Friday and I wasn’t gonna be able to make it so she gave me a quick and helpful recommendation and I was able to get it done the same day.

Woke up early when they opened and drove nearly 30 minutes there because I thought clinical services still did walk in but got there and was told I had to call the number to make an appointment. I tried calling for over an hour no one answered went straight to voice mail. The security guard said you had to keep trying until someone picks up. Again it's been over an hour. I thought they are supposed to help people. Bad enough you're waiting two hours or more to be seen what's worse is that they don't answer the phone to make an appointment.

Came here to get immunization as an adult. The wait time is ridiculous but that’s not the staffs fault. With that being said plan to be here 1.5 hours. The nurse I worked with was very nice and educated on the immunization I received. I wish there was a kid area to keep the noise sectioned off.

Great. I needed some paperwork. They had no patients anywhere and there were a lot of people with free time. But after getting bounced around, I got to the right person. Its super new. Not sure where all the patients go but they weren't here. It was like a ghost town

We had a great experience here. All of the ladies at the immunization clinic are SO nice, caring and welcoming. The security women at the front door were as well.
