Just skip it and go to NN. This place has been the worst. Wait times, organization, realistic expectations. Employees walking around talking like it ain't a gang of people waiting (Is about optics here when you know you got people waiting). Was "Scheduled an appointment" for a walk in clinic, we come at 2pm thinking we would be in and out since they "scheduled us" they scheduled 10 other people at the same time. Didn't get seen until 3:30pm for something that literally took 2 mins.

Great experience here, not sure why all the bad reviews. Been trying to get a Covid vax for my toddler and they're the only place in the area I can find who will actually administer the vax to this age group (despite going through the legwork to 'get a prescription' from the ped, no large pharmacies are actually giving the vax to this age group, and my ped didn't have a list of anyone who was so we were on our own). The lady Lori (Laurie?) who I have talked to on the phone to schedule has been awesome! So sweet and it's great to talk to an actual human at the doc office. I have scheduled two vaxxes for myself here as well coming up. When we went, no wait time and we were in and out within 15 minutes, really nice nurse and staff. No issues. Highly recommend and will use them going forward. I have two vaxxes for myself scheduled here for next week.
