Alicia is hands down the nicest person EVER! I had the pleasure of speaking with her a couple of times and NEVER has she given me anything other than the best customer service. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. I honestly think if it weren't for speaking with her when I do have to call in or for appts, I would probably not even continue with the benefits. She doesn't judge you like some social workers, acting like the money is coming out of their own pockets. GREAT JOB ALICIA, you deserve more than a 5 star review. :-)

read the reviews please!!!!! everyone gives them a 1 star for a reason!!!. And this is my reason: They are very unorganized and don’t know what they’re doing! I went there for my appointment early in the morning and when I got there they had a hard time finding my information and asking me for my last name every 10 seconds , then they find my name and tell me Well you’re not supposed to be seen till March 26 at 9 am! Mind you my appointment was for March 4 at 9 am!!! And when I get there they tell me something different??? When I spoke to the lady on the phone to schedule my appointment we both agreed on March 4 at 9 am not March 26 !!! Unbelievable how I just wasted my time, gas and energy to come here for them to tell me something different! I had to reschedule my appointment, but I will be going to a different clinic!

They do not answer their phone or return calls. They made a mistake when setting up my family’s WIC benefits. How are we able to fix the issue when they refuse to communicate with us? It seems they really just don’t care.

Came and waited in my car for 30 minutes for an appointment at 1:15 to find out they were closed. No phone call or email stating they were going to be closed. The only sign they had said they were closed the previous Friday due to weather and they would be back Monday, yet here I was waiting and wasting my time. What an awfully run office.

I'm reviewing just so things are more balanced because of course nearly everyone leaving a review because they're upset about something. We've had WIC for years. The women there have always been perfectly pleasant and know what's going on. Sometimes they don't answer the phone, but for me it's been rare and let's understand this is a social service and they're slammed. Every time I've been in office there are 1-2 women there helping the appointments while the phone doesn't stop ringing from people mad about missing an appointment or not knowing what documents to bring. You have to ask and know what's up because they aren't going to hold your hand to get free assistance and they have too many people constantly claiming they didn't know, etc. that they really can't make exceptions for everyone. Anyway, I haven't had any issues with them and they've helped many times when I've needed an extra card or whatever. Also FYI the door is locked during the day and you have to call to have it opened because (I was told) some angry mom came in threatening them with a gun because she missed an appointment or something so it's a security issue.
