I had the worst experience with this place dealing with a lab technician in my 7 years of coming here on 7/10/24. You’ll need to do better training with your employees when it comes down to learning how to talk to someone. I felt really uncomfortable with the treatment I received from the lab technician.

Rude front desk!!! It was my first time and she was very rude to us!!!

The receptionist is rude. She yells your business all over the lobby and takes so long to grab your paperwork that other walk-ins get ahead of you even though you arrived first.

Two useless people working together in that office, front desk is a joke. Made an appt and when my husband got there, they said he wasn’t schedule and also the were “requiring” a doctors doc saying which vaccines he will need for his papers. So my husband drove an hour just for them to give him excuses of what they could’ve explained me before if they will ever answer the phone bc it seems is just part of the decoration of the office. Avoid this place, they don’t even know what they do there and because the front desk didn’t know what to do, she handed my call to the nurse who gave me same excuses over and over again. Learn how to do your job right and stop wasting peoples time.

I went first thing in the morning yesterday (5-20-25), all of the staff was kind and courteous (I am as well so if you're someone who thinks ppl are rude to u often, u should probably look inward). I was seen quickly and efficiently. All the ladies I encountered were very professional, helpful, gentle, and patient. The waiting room, exam rooms, and bathroom were all clean. This was one of my best health department experiences I've had. One staff member even overheard me telling the receptionist lady that I'm homeless right now and came to give me a list of housing resources he had written down. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and kind hearted.
