They only accepted 6 people for morning and 6 people for afternoon . The receptionists are very nice but the lady that processed my birth certificate was rude.
The staff told me to go some place elsewhere after she haven’t found what I needed. I waited in line from 7:50am til 10:20am to finally get to talk to this person just to basically tell me go somewhere else…
I just want to say thank you to the staff for their unselfish and undivided attention they provided to my mother. They are very thorough and know their job and more importantly I felt the sincerity and respect they provided. Again thank you.
When I went in for a simple birth certificate and I was the 3rd person in line. It’s now 1 hour and 49 minutes into me being here and I still haven’t been seen. Absolutely terrible but they’re typical city employees who don’t care about the general public’s time.
