I am completely dissatisfied with the staff at the marriage license processing booths. I was served by an older, very arrogant lady who treated me very badly because of the way I signed, which had nothing to do with the procedure that corresponded to her... terrible service. So I arrived at the county clerk’s office after taking time off of work, to be lead astray (and sent to different floors) in my attempt to obtain a stamp for a legal document. How is it that no one knows how to direct a person of the public, to the correct desk? Then one gentleman kept talking ear off as he “mansplained” about something I didn’t even ask about. Like Sir, we are talking about affairs in another country. Lol! There needs to be a Memo sent regarding better communications between the divisions servicing the public in this building. By the time I was sent back to the county Clerk’s office/desk I originally went to it closed early. Sooo I guess the hours are 9:15-4:45pm. Good to know! Please update Google.

I am very thankful for the google map that I always use to search for a place. There’s one problem with the google map direction that it always takes you from the longer way instead of showing the straight path. I was taken to the back of court and I had to walk around to the front plus today’s weather is very hot and sunny. I realized that I can come straight like 5 min walk from the point I start looking for the court but the map took me to the longer way instead. Google please you need to fix that. Thanks
