FOREVER THANKFUL to the PASSPORT TEAM at this location. When I tell you they were so patient with me and got me in and out!!! Top notch service after experiencing a poor encounter across the street at Cadman Plaza post office. I forget the name of the lady and gentleman who took care of me, I want to shout them out. My passport arrived today! Thanks for recommending I get it shipped overnight even with expedited. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

OMG the service here goes well above and beyond all expectations. Room 189 window 9 - two young ladies and a gentleman in the back, I don't have enough words to thank you for the kind of service that is mostly forgotten in any other institution (public or private). People like you make me want to move back from Florida to NY 🥰

I have to admit I don't care where you go into this court house everyone is so professional and nice to you. They are very helpful and send you to the correct office to handle all your affairs. Thank you every single individual working for this court and that includes the Court Officers. A special thanks to Mr. Craig Shotzsman (hope I spelled your name correct) a supervisor there he is very tentative to your request and an extreme pleasure to talk to. Thank you.

Getting married there was great! Super fast & efficient! & the ceremony area is dated- but pretty. However- if you’re trans person (& I pass pretty well? I’m just short & have shaved facial hair?) trying to use the bathroom, go elsewhere beforehand or after. One of their security people felt bad & protected me while using the proper bathroom (thank you ma’am I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) but to the man in the basement, maybe don’t ask people if they’re going in the right bathroom unless they look confused.
