Simply disappointed in my experience here. I pray to never return to this building. Was misled by the jury staff and was sworn and promised that I would be paid by the courts for my time served. When all was said and done and I served my time as a juror. I was cheated out of my proper payment and then was told the complete opposite of what I was promised while serving. One of the worst experiences of my life. Would not wish this upon anyone. Waste of time, loss of hard earned wages and misleading until the very end.

I've been to every county clerk's office in this city. This one is the worst. Even worse than the Bronx. Never seen people work this hard at not being helpful.

Today I called into and press #3 , the lady there is very nice, patience and experience. She taught me how to check what I need from the website one step by one step. It impressed me. I really appreciate it.
