Bad experience. Called 7 or 8 times total over the course of a week to make an appointment over the phone. Nobody picked up so I left voicemails but never was called back. I went there in person to make an appointment and the front desk lady was quite rude and not helpful. She said I needed to make an appointment prior, but I was unable to because nobody picked up the phone to make one obviously. The young man there was kind and helpful to me though. After writing down my contact information there in person, I was STILL not capable of making an appointment. They said they will call back at most two days later. It’s been two days and no calls. I don’t recommend unfortunately.

It's been over a week. We've been trying to get in contact for over a week and nobody will answer the phones. Our business can't open without inspection. They claim they're easy to get in touch with, but nobody answers the phones, nobody listens to the voicemails, nobody calls back. I'm so defeated and have no clue what to do.
