Dear Sanitary department of San Jose City, or Mr Domingo Candelas who wants to be our next City Council. To protect our good health, please request business owners of this Paloma Plaza on 3005 Silver Creek Road, San Jose, CA to do good clean up immediately all the dumpsters in the parking lot, the smell are so awful, the dirty sticky liquid leaked out from the dumpsters that wet the parking and the black garbage bags are all over the parking lot, they should be put inside the designated garbage area. I beg San Jose Sanitary department, please come to check out this area to give us a pleasure while walking around this business square, please give fines to business owners who caused the unhygienic, and I wondered why the San Jose Sanitary department let this area is so dirty, smelly for many months now. Thank you so much for continuing to protect our health

The service attitude of the staff here is very bad. I don't know, I thought I owed them money and strongly demanded to expel these people. We are Asian-American, but we are human. We really don't speak English well with an accent, but I speak at least two languages and you can't do anything.
