    I came at 8 am on Tuesday without an appointment to get a birth certificate. From when I walked into the building to when I was done took about 10 minutes. Super easy. The clerk said Monday's and Fridays are much busier. I recommend filling out the forms online—they can look it up using your ID. The guest parking is right in front of the building and free.

    In and out to get a birth certificate in about 15 minutes. I came here expecting DMV level service, but instead met with completely the opposite. As soon as I entered the clean building, I was met with a worker that guided me. Once called, I didn't need to explain myself or prove myself. Just gave my ID and they were able to pull up why I was there. $32 for each birth certificate is a little rough, but other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Thank you.
