Grace was super helpful and patient with a complicated situation. The best paperwork errand I've ever had, and that's saying a lot. I'll definitely choose this location whenever I can.

Went to see about a passport. I was out and about. The lady that i spoke to was very rude about it. I didnt know i needed an appointment. She however didnt have to be rude about the situation. I was only there to ask questions. Totally unacceptable

Went to Sumner County Clerk office for my passport interview and let me just say it was the best experience i’ve ever had a government issued facility. All thanks to the man in the passport room. Someone outta give that man a raise. The interview was very easy going, friendly, and simple. This is the first review i’ve ever done anywhere. That says something.

There are plenty of stations here, and having an appointment does get you through faster. Using the pic posted can help you get in line, which also helped for walking in to start the process. You need two forms of identification with your name on it for proof of residency which can include almost all bills, bank statement, or even a disability paper, as long as it includes your name and most recent statement and address. Plan on waiting for awhile, at least an hr long visit prob even with an appt.
