Friendly staff but very, very confusing process in order to obtain a drivers license appt. Appointments are only available online but the booking website is only open every 15 minutes and it's unclear for how long. The website does not tell you that information. It does consistently say there are no appts available for well over a month from the day you access the website Drivers licenses are essential. The appt booking system should be available 24 hrs a day for everyone in Wilson County and it shouldn't be so challenging to get one. It's inefficient and not user friendly. I'm sure there are better systems out there.
