This agency is not short on vaccine. They are short on organization..The VA has more than enough. Carle has more than enough. VCHD isn’t telling the full truth

The Wic office is great once you get it. They help you with everything you need. The only problem is they never answer their phone, you have to take time and drive to them just to make an appointment for days or weeks away. Takes your time and gas to do it especially if you have kids to drag with you just to make an appointment and not be seen the same day. You will have to take time out of work or school to make then appointment and then take more time out of work or school to go to the appointment to get the help you need. They could at least start answering their phone.

I have had to go get birth certificates here, twice. The process is kind of long, but the ladies in the office are all very helpful and kind. The deputy director even brought documents to my house when there was a confusion in paperwork. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

VCHD website offers no usable information re: the process to follow to obtain a Covid-19 booster shot. I am 81, have a metal mitral valve and a Pacemaker. Do I get priority over healthy 30-year-olds? How about "PROCESS TO OBTAIN THE COVID BOOSTER SHOT" on the front page of the website? Call the number so-and-so to make an appointment; OR come to the department office to make an appointment; shots will be given from -- a.m. to -- p.m. at -- location. Come on, answer the phone, return calls as you say you will, and stop making it so difficult to get something done. Otherwise, send me an email message to tell me how to use the website so I can get my booster and help my health adequately. I didn't really want to give any stars but the message doesn't go through unless at least one is awarded.
