Called about getting my birth certificate and then drove over from Urbana to get a certified copy. These ladies were very nice. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. Expedient service. Give these ladies a raise!

Very nice staff EXCEPT for the supervior. Very rude and disrespectful . She needs to be demoted. I have never in my life in Danville Illinois, been treated like a low class black man. She made it the FIRST TIME. I strive to be a professional person at all times. If me asking questions about where my money was going in a case that I was not involved in but I posted the bond. Is wrong so be it. Now I see first had why there is always problems.
