We are recent transplants from another state, awaiting health insurance coverage at my new job, my son has asthma and plays sports in school but has been out of his asthma medications for several weeks with a flare up. This office staff professional, caring, understanding, thorough, and prompt. The same day of the appointment the medications were at the pharmacy ready for pick up. A huge improvement in my son’s asthma within 24 hours. Thank you staff God bless you for all you do. 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience with the immunization clinic here. Amazing staff (reception, scheduling, nurses, everyone!) who explained everything clearly. We were in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Check in was very smooth for my first time being at this location, Dr PW and nurse Andraleise were so caring, thoughtful, and thorough with my appointment. I’ve never felt so comfortable than i did in the hands of Dr PW, Nurse Andraleise, and another sweet nurse that helped me at the beginning with my weight and blood pressure. I didn’t catch the phlebotomist name at the Lab but they have locs and they were so funny and totally distracted me from getting my blood taken, before i knew it i was out the door. My check in was so smooth due to someone with a green cardigan on and cute French tips I didn’t catch their name but they were also so sweet. Top tier visit!

Beautiful building, horrendous use of it. The security was overbearing (think of an airport, but jank). I forgot I had brought my pepper spray in, but it's ok--they didn't find it. There was an alarm at the front door I could hear from the 3rd floor, and it was beeping the whole time I was there. Check-in felt like an Apple Store, and didn't do anything new--just more complicated for no good reason. Trying to find where to go was extremely difficult, even with instructions given by staff. The staff were very nice and polite, but the layout made me doubt if I was going the right way. I had no idea if I was waiting in the right place--just some chairs next to a window. Other people were asking if they were in the right place too, so I wasn't the only one having trouble. The place was so bright, I had to wear sunglasses indoors. The visit took almost 3x as much time than before. I even had to ask for directions to find the exit. I miss the old place. I absolutely hate this big, beautiful building. What a joke.
