Kind of annoying that we now have to park in the back and walk all the way around. Why change things just to change them back years later.

I have to give one star in order to leave a review. The department of transportation have one particular person that is very rude everytime I schedule a ride, I would think this person is having a bad day but it is everytime I call. I'm sure this person would not like it if someone would speak like this to her or her family. Maybe next time she could be a little more humble and sensitive to a persons needs if not I would advice her to find another job where she doesn't need to interact with people. She doesn't even let someone explain I mean this is not a concentration camp. I really do hope she can resolve what is going on with her and find some peace and love. God Bless!

If I could give 0 stars I would for the medical transportation program. The lady I spoke to is just plan rude, If you don't like your job then quit or find something that fit your rude personality. She was so rude and told me to find a ride for my son who is 2 weeks old with complications. If I had a ride don't you think I wouldnt be calling to get my son to his appointment. All I can say is they need to hire people who would actually love their job. Btw not the first time she was rude. Whoever I spoke to when I was pregnant I rather have her at least she loved her job and was nice.

I normally would not complain about things but the way I was spoke to was kind of rude. I’m trying to get health insurance for the first time on my own. I’m 20 years old and don’t necessarily know 100% what I’m doing. I called yesterday stating my concerns and she told me someone else would get into contact with me. Okay today someone did and told me I wasn’t eligible for the one which is completely fine and I already knew that. I did have some changes as well again just wanted to make sure I wasn’t messing anything up. When I got the call back I explained once more and told them I had also changed a few things due to your cuts and she stated “well did you tell the other woman that? Yes or no?” No because I totally forgot. I hadn’t done anything with my application since December. Then she states “with the call volume we really don’t have time to put you through 2 times and to give you another call back”. I get it it’s busy but also that’s everywhere, as someone who is just trying to do things on their own not really knowing for sure I find it really rude to be pushed off as if I do not matter. Please do better.

I went in to get a work required vaccine and upon getting out of my vehicle, noticed a flat tire. I checked in with receptionist and bantered with her about my flat tire and hoping my fiancé responded to help me with the tire. She talked to the maintenance gentleman and he helped me fill my tire with correct psi and made sure I was okay to drive away. I’m so grateful for the lovely receptionist and maintenance gentleman!!! And my vaccine was painlessly delivered as well!
