Literally just walked out as patty was the absolute rudest and mean receptionist for no reason. First time mom asking a few questions and she’s talking to me like I’m dumb and as she wasn’t asking proper questions I would ask again to make sure I understood and she would give dirty looks and speak down to me to the point I had to walk out.

Very rude lady at the desk (besides Isabel or Isabella). They refused to see my daughter because we were a few minutes late even though I called ahead of time twice. After that they sent me a message saying "I missed the appointment". No, I had to leave work early which isn't easy at my job, drive 20 minutes there just for y'all to say the nurse won't see me because she wanted to go home early. She has no other appointments and 1 hour before they close. Ridiculous! If I could I would rate the service provided and everyone in there a zero.

Ask to show up prior to appointment for paperwork. Paperwork took few minutes Left sitting 30 minutes till actually appointment time. I was the only person in there at the time. Really disappointing they will not take you after you complete paperwork and make you sit till appointment time when not busy.

Over all we are glad we got what we needed. But for imagration vaccines & price to be seen is ridiculous. A specialist dont charge $549.00 & they do just to give shots. They wont tell you a price which that changed after given prices. Pretty sad im sure this doing makes them money. Five shots 745.00 physician 549.00= 1294.00. Please look else where before coming here. The shots were fine but dr. Cost ridiculous.
