I was very impressed with the wait time and the staff. Got there 20 minutes before they opened (8am) and of course there was a big line. But once they opened up, the line got in real quick. After I sat down, there were at least 15 people ahead of me but, I was out of there in 10 minutes. Maybe the key thing is to get there early. 🤔. Love the new office.

I've paid on time for years. I accidentally put in the wrong checking account number online, but they still issued the stickers. They then revoked the stickers and sent me a certified letter saying they had informed police and sheriffs. They could have just sent me another bill or not issued the stickers!

They need to put SPEAKERS IN THE DAMN RESTROOMS so people don’t miss their numbers!!! I went to the restroom and was 4 numbers away within a couple minutes they had just called one number above the number I picked. Told the lady in window 1 the situation and she said I would have to go the next day or another day. LIKE LITERALLY THEY HAD JUST CALLED THE NUMBER ABOVE MINE!! Lady said they call numbers twice well no duh but there are no speakers in the restrooms to even hear what order they are in!!! So annoyed with this place!
