Ladies here are always rude and have no compassion. They look at you .... judge you by what you wear ,what you drive... it doesn't matter.. when people are on hard times and their child or grandchild needs wic... they shouldn't always have an attitude..... If you don't love.your job, do yourself a favor ,especially these ladies at mobile clinic...very ugly attitudes !!!!

Funny how I can get an email about my LIBRARY CARDS registration expiration date 2 weeks in advance, but not at Wilco-care. You would think a place that is for peoples health and well being would? Especially with people who have chronic conditions, and have already been through the system (Wilco-care) for at least 2 years. Like hello....!!!??? It's chronic!!! They even ask in the packet. What kind of chronic conditions do you have? They absolutely do not care if your registration expires! It's almost like they enjoy not caring. For example, I went there last Friday to drop off the registration packet (nothing has changed, as in info). Googled the hours and it says 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday(8am-5pm). I arrived at 12:20pm. I get there, and they are closed. The sign on the door says they close at 12:00pm (Fridays), such a headache! When I went to drop off my registration packet this past, the following Monday. I Mentioned it to Brianna, she said she would let someone know. I am now writing this email (a week later) and it STILL says they close at 5pm. I wonder how many other people with chronic conditions, go up there in pain. As I am, only to be LET DOWN!? Now I have to wait for them to accept my new registration packet and get an interview. In the time being, miss appointments, cancel appointments /reschedule appointments, and I can't get my prescriptions...Situations of this manner. All while in pain, because they choose not to have an alert of registration expiration. As I've asked every one there for, even the higher ups. This place makes my conditions worse with the mental anguish and frustration they cause because of! 1 star only for the fact of the program existing. Is it really too much to ask for?
