After a long and hard process to get my child a birth certificate from an accidental home birth, I was informed by Natasha that she applied for a social security card also for my child and that I would receive it in about 3 weeks... 3 weeks go by and I try to call and check on it, the person I spoke with (name unknown) continuously talked over me and just kept repeating herself that they do not do it and the hospital does... I told her it was not a hospital birth and she said got even more unpleasant and said she has no clue why I was told anyone from there applied for it.... Long story short, I could’ve dealt without her very poor attitude.

Got my birth certificate in the mail. with the correct name and everything on the recipient, mailing address and envelope all spelled correctly. Open the envelope and the birthday certificate was wrong by one letter. Now they tell me it's my fault and have to pay for another one when I should of received it correct in the first place. Make this make sense. Paying for someone else's mistake then say its my mistake, I have to pay to get it fixed. What?

Was hesitant to order the birth certificate online because his name is a bit complicated which makes errors common, but also because we needed it to arrive by our deadline. So I called the office, the woman assisted in verifying the correct spelling, and recommended we order it over the phone to ensure it would go out faster. I paid $20 for the 2-day air shipping, and to my great shock (and the poor delivery mans as well) it arrived less than 24 hours later!!! I am blown away. Never expected when I opened my front door to get some air- that a delivery man would happen to be there ready with my package. I am blown away that it arrived so quickly, and I am super grateful to the kind woman who took the order over the phone and helped to make sure we got what we needed in time. Excellent job! Thanks so much!!!

I thought it was going to be a hassle to get a copy of a birth certificate. But we were in and out within 10 minutes - very easy process and they made it all streamlined and accessible. 4/17 at 9am or so, thank you guys!

I was unable to obtain a copy of my birth certificate because of numerous errors in the data entry by the county from the conversion to the new data base. My mother’s name was spelled wrong, my date of birth was incorrect. I had provided a xerox copy without the seal to show the original image. I was not happy with the service provided by the clerk. Now I have to take off work again and pay for parking again because of your lack of accuracy.
