Absolutely no help at all. The person at the front desk knows absolutely nothing. I moved here from out of state and I simply needed to change over immunization records for my kids. He told me to request them from the health department and have them sent directly to me since they are my kids. Or I could try Hamilton County as they only service the city of Springdale supposedly. I need to get my kids enrolled in school.
