I have been living with mice and no heat for over a year (negligent landlord and building department won't do anything/covering up) and reported several times to Westchester County Health Department for that long and they called to tell me (without even checking it out) that the Building Department must be right and will not even inspect the premises.

This West. Dept. Of Health is LOUSY, despicable!!!! What good is it if you call after hours and they say as if there is some that anyone can talk to, ending up there's NO ONE!!!!! Our health is OUR CONCERN for our reasoning to call. So I expect a person to answer one of the extensions pressed, NOT a recording to leave message. And when you do call within their hours they are just as HORRIBLE, if not worse than that! I call and no one has helped as of yet to rectify my issue I'm dealing with, but, of course, tell me to call building dept., whom have NOTHING to do with health and the well being of I or others where I am. DO your jobs you are there and your dept name says for you to do, SIMPLE! If anyone else has the same or very similar issue/s please make a review as well. Where is that someone when we need them! If there were MINUS ZERO stars, that what they deserve and get from me and SOOO MAAANY others, but Google reviews don't have that. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
