My experiences with the Bronx County Clerk are always positive. Although sometimes the wait can be long I am always greeted with informative staff, prompt service and they are always able to furnish my documents. Most people who review this office are rushed, uninformed, and already have an attitude when coming in. They do take a lunch break in the day but besides that it’s not a bad clerk office. Latoya is usually the one I do business with and she’s great.

The staff and security are very nice but it seems as though no one knows what they are doing. I was trying to authenticate a notary signature, and while that process takes less than five minutes at other counties, at the Bronx it seems excruciatingly long.

Enter through the Grand Concourse entrance for access to all services in the Bx County Bldg while construction projects and renovations are underway.

Some of these people are HIGHLY unprofessional and need to be fired, or quit if you don’t like your job. Ms. Gowings was one of them today, I called for Simple information asked she keep hanging up on me. Disgusting behavior. And you’re what’s wrong with the unified court system.

Rather filthy and disgusting. As soon as you enter the men's room near the main entrance there's an odor of feces, visible fecal residue on the floor and every surface is dingy. Further both of the paper towel dispensers were empty
