Got there at 4:32 when they say they close at 5 to get a copy of my birth certificate. Vital records lady rudely said ‘no I cant do it for you, we’re closed and I’m going home’. I said ‘Alrighty then..’ then she told me that I ‘was welcome’. Screw this place!
