Normally I would give it 5 stars because the staff are wonderful but I can’t even get in now to get the copy of my birth certificate. I need them badly and I’ve called everyday and I get the same extremely rude woman on the phone.

The staff was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. The office manager was so friendly and helpful. receptionist/cashier was so rude and unprofessional. But all in all this is a great place. I think the people here does a great job of trying to help their visitors.
