We went to get a birth certificate and the wait was at least an hour and a half to get through 8 numbers. Most of the people here didn’t fill out their paper work before their numbers were called which made the wait even longer.

People are nice but low rating because of the inefficiency. Why do I have to make an appointment if it doesnt seem to matter? I have been to other health department appointments in differnt states and counties that actually went by appointment and may take some time no where near as long as this place.
