Older receptionist lady needs to learn customer service skills. She is NOT nice at all. Everyone else I have dealt with seems to be nice. I’m sooo tired of dealing with mean crabby people. Get a job where you sit behind a wall and don’t have to deal with anyone if you don’t like them!
