It's the worst place ever. I called to make sure I had an appointment and they told me they won't make it by 10 so they resched

It’s the worst place ever. I called to make sure I had an appointment and they told me they won’t make it by 10 so they rescheduled my appointment. They supposed to call you but guess if I don’t do it they won’t notify me about the change. Kinda weird :S
