For a department that operates off appointments, they struggle with honoring appointment times. Almost 90mins after my schedule

For a department that operates off appointments, they struggle with honoring appointment times. Almost 90mins after my scheduled appt time and I’ve barely begun my process. Frustrating. If you are scheduling something here, clear your schedule. This isn’t an in and out operation.
