According to the receptionist, they see you in the order when you come in. I was here waiting in lobby while th staff was on lunch. When the receptionist returned from lunch, I was the first one lined up to be seen but she put three other people in front of me!

RUDE PEOPLE! I ordered a birth certificate through them, it never arrived, they took $22 for it, and are now refusing to do anything about it. They told me to call the post office, it won’t even help they sent it regular mail with no tracking. Thieves!
