I’ve been assisted 3 times in the last 6 years and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Update. Changing from five stars to three. I wasted a week calling the covid hotline. Turns out they don’t do it anymore! Time and frustration! Ridiculous! Why list it first thing on the menu then?!
