The receptionist isn't welcoming when you first enter the building. I'm not sure of the others who work there. But if solely based on the receptionist, 1 star.. The people that came from Central Valley Health were extremely patient and understanding. I'm glad that Foster County Public Health works with Central Valley Health in order to provide services in Carrington. Very grateful.
