It starts when you walk in and are greeted by Andrea! The dental techs are awesome. It’s hard to be conversing while having your teeth cleaned but they make it work by remembering where the conversation ended six months ago when getting your teeth cleaned! How do they do that? Then there is Dr. Hancock! A very kind and gracious doctor. Five stars! Two thumbs up!👍

Every time I go to Hancock Dental I always feel like I'm with good friends. They take care of all my dental needs as quickly as I need and always with a wonderful attitude. Dr. Josh does great dental work and he is always happy and fun to be around.

Best dentist ever. Dr Josh is professional, friendly and willing to help with anything you need. His staff are all also polite and professional. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave you are in a friendly atmosphere. If you need to call and make an appointment be sure to say hi to Andrea she is the sweetest front desk person I’ve ever met. If you are looking for a professional yet polite dentist, Hancock Dental is the one you should choose.

Horrible experience yesterday here ....if you have dental anxiety or just anxiety in general...this is not the place for you...They are not willing to do anything to make you feel more comfortable . I asked if my husband could come back w me so i felt more comfortable ...didnt know these people had never been here and already had a horrible dental experience when i was a kid which explains as to why i had the anxiety about it in the first place ..never wouldve dreamed i would be treated the way i was . I asked if he could come back and just sit w me while i had this done...mind you i was on an anxiety med to calm me in the first place. The girl at the front desk told me to just ask when i went back there that they usually dont allow it but to ask the dentist like it wasnt a big deal.Went back the girl who took me back i explained to her she told me same thing and acted if it wasnt a big deal ...well i asked the dentist and she acted like it was a big deal wanted to argue w me about it go thru this big speel about it and why i couldnt which was definitely a red flag to me because i mean dont most doctors or dentists allow you to have whatever is needed to help their patients feel more comfortable? .Well i found out yesterday the answer to that is No and they couldve cared less ...even went so far as to use the anxiety against me and kick me outta their office. Horrible Experience to say the least so here i still sit w broken teeth and infected wisdom teeth.Had to put a star so that i could give my review but i give it 0 stars !
