Had a great visit, my team was: Sonya, Fara and Leticia. Sonya was wonderful with my daughter and I loved that she asked her permission before she touched her. She was very informative and just all around had such a sweet and friendly vibe. My daughter was very nervous about her shots before we came and she they were able to put her at ease. Fara was great with her, very friendly and helped make her comfortable by telling jokes and playing I spy with her. Leticia was also amazing, she gave my daughter some tips so it didn't hurt and told her she could count as loud as she wanted while she did it and made it easier on her. All around they made my daughter feel safe and comfortable and that means a lot especially when she was so nervous and scared before.

I had a very positive experience at the Florida Health Department when I took my parents in for their vaccinations. The environment was clean, organized, calm, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with was courteous and helpful. The highlight of our visit, however, was Nurse Marva. We had received the prescription for the shots, but it did not clearly specify the exact vaccine formulation.
