Got there at 4:08 p.m. only to be turned away and told that they closed at 4. No point in posting operating hours if they're going to change them without notice.

I was at a shop i do contract labor for waiting for the owner to arrive and was forced under threat of arrest to surrender my driver license to a city marshal. They also strong armed me to sign the health inspection report. Supposedly if you are standing on property of any business in Pasadena you can be held responsible for health code violations regardless if you are an employee or not, i am NOT an employee.
